Ingredients:
1. Eggs (Whole raw, 5 medium)
2. White Sugar Ground (1 3/4 cup)
3. Melted Butter (400 grams)
4. Baking Powder (2 teaspoons leveled)
5. All Purpose Flour (1 3/4 cup)
6. Vanilla Essence ( 3 drops)
7. Milk (3 tablespoons)

How To Prepare:
1. It is best to use an electric cake mixer for making cakes as they are convenient and make the experience more enjoyable. However, you may use hand mixer or beater as well as per availability.
2. Beat eggs in the cake mixer for at least 10 mins or until foamy. Then add powdered white sugar in it and mix for another 5 minutes.
3. Then add melted butter in the mixture and mix for another 5 minutes. Then add baking powder and beat for another 3 minutes.
4. Now add Vanilla essence and milk in the mixture and beat for 3 minutes. Now add all-purpose flour and beat on slow setting for 7 minutes. When done, stop the beater.
5. Take a non-stick cake baking pan and glaze it with a small piece of frozen butter. When done, quickly add prepared cake mixture into pan.
6. Preheat the oven to 150℃. When done, place the cake pan into the oven and bake it for 50-55 minutes.
7. To ensure that the cake is fully baked, take a toothpick and insert it in the middle of cake. If it comes out clean, then cake is ready.
