How To Prepare:
1. Take a large mixing bowl and add gram flour in it. Then add onions, potatoes, spinach, baking soda, salt, crushed coriander seeds and red chili powder in it.
2. Then start adding water in it gradually and mix the ingredients to form a stable thick mixture. It should not be too runny otherwise, it will be difficult to deep fry them. If they are too runny, add more gram flour to stabilize it.
3. Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Set the stove to medium-high. Make a small fritter by hand and transfer it to the wok. Add more according to the space. Do not over-crowd the wok otherwise the fritters will stick together. Cook in batches.
4. Cook them until golden brown. Then use a spider strainer to remove the excess oil.
5. Serve with tea or naan/roti.
