Fried Fish Recipe

Not only a well cooked fish tastes great but it is also a source of many essential vitamins and proteins. The easiest method to cook a fish is to deep-fry it. In our recipe today, we prepare a simple fish seasoning that is both delicious and time saving. Read on for our recipe below.

Ingredients
1. Fish (10 pieces, cut into your favorite piece i.e. steak, fillet etc.)
2. Salt ( 1 Tsp or to taste)
3. Ground Carom Seeds ( 6 Tsp)
4. Coriander Powder ( 3 Tsp)
5. Red Chili Powder ( 1Tsp, to taste)

3-4 person

Time To Prepare
Refrigeration Time 30 min
Frying Time 7-12 min

Method
1. Wash the fish pieces thoroughly and let them dry for few mins. 

2. Take a large mixing bowl and add all the spices in it in the mentioned quantities and mix them well. 

3. Take a piece of fish at a time and season them in the bowl one by one. When done, place the seasoned fish pieces in a Tupperware (plastic) box with preferably airtight cover.

4. Refrigerate it for 30 mins at least. 

5. Heat the wok at high flame making sure it has enough oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot enough for frying, add the fish pieces according to available space in the wok. If you have a small wok, you might have to fry in 2 batches. 

6. Deep-fry fish for 7-12 mins at high flame until the pieces turn golden brown. When done, take the pieces out with the help of a tong (chimta). Fry the rest if any.

7. Serve Hot!
