The Ingredients!




Ingredients:
1. Mutton (with bones, 0.5 Kg)
2. Capsicum ( 2 large, cubes)
3. Carrots ( 3 large, cubes)
4. Cauliflower ( no leaves, 250 grams, cubes)
5. Water (2.5 liters)
6. Salt ( 2 tsp or according to taste)
7. Black pepper powder ( according to taste)
 

Time To Prepare
1 hr - 1.5 hr

Serving Size
4-5 person

Method
1. Take a large boiling pot and add 2.5 liters of water in it. Place it on the stove and turn the flame to high. 

2. Now add mutton, salt and black pepper powder in the mentioned quantities in boiling pot. 

3. Wait for the water to boil. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame to keep the water simmering. Cover the pot and let it cook for another 50 to 75 mins or until the mutton is fully cooked and soft to eat. 

4. When the meat is done, remove cover and add carrot cubes in the pot. Let it cook for 10 mins. Then add cauliflower and capsicum cubes in it. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. 

5. When done, turn off the flame and cover. 

6. Your mutton broth is ready! Serve hot and enjoy.
