Chicken Roast Marinated In Soy Sauce

Ingredients
1. Whole Chicken without skin (cut in 8 pieces)
2. All Purpose Flour (500 gram)
3. Soy Sauce ( 1 cup)
4. Coriander Powder ( 2 tbsp)
5. Garlic Powder (2 tbsp)
6. Garam Masala ( 1 tbsp)
7. Black Pepper (1 tbsp)
8. Basil leaves (1 tsp)
9. Yogurt (1 cup)

Method

1. Mix yogurt, soy sauce, coriander powder, garam masala, garlic powder, black pepper, basil leaves in the mentioned quantities in a large mixing bowl and beat well.

2. Now add chicken pieces in it and marinate it well with the mixture. After that, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3. After 30 minutes, put the marinated chicken in a sauce pan and cook on medium flame till all the marination is absorbed well. This will take roughly 15-20 minutes.

4. When done, turn off the stove and let the chicken cool down.

5. Now take flour (500 grams) in a separate large bowl and dip chicken pieces one by one mix well forming multiple layers of flour coating. Place the coated chicken in a separate plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

6. Now deep fry the coated chicken in medium heated oil and keep the flame on medium-high.

7. Cook chicken util light brown color is achieved.

8. Serve with coleslaw and beverages of your choice.
