Ingredients
1. Eggs (6 raw eggs)
2. Tomatoes (1 large, finely chopped)
3. Onions (4 medium sized, sliced)
4. Cooking Oil (1/3 cup)
5. Salt (according to taste)
6. Red Chili Powder ( according to taste)

Method:
1. Heat cooking oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add onions in the pan and cook till they turn golden brown.
2. Now add tomatoes in the saute pan and stir thoroughly.
3. Now add salt and red chili powder according to taste and stir again.
4. Break open 6 eggs in bowl. Now add these eggs in the saute pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes while stirring over low heat.
5. When cooked thoroughly, turn off heat and serve hot.
