Pancakes add value to our breakfast and tea time. A simple pancakes recipe is shared below.

Ingredients:
1. All Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cup)
2. Milk (1 cup)
3. Raw Whole Eggs (1)
4. Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)
5. Vanilla Essence ( 1/2 teaspoon)
6. White Sugar (2 tablespoon)
7. Salt (pinch)
8. Melted Butter unsalted (5-7 tablespoon)

How To Cook:
1. Take a large mixing bowl and add all-purpose flour in it. Now add baking powder, sugar and pinch of salt and mix these ingredients well.
2. Take another bowl and add one raw egg in it. Beat well. Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter in it. Then add vanilla essence and milk (half cup) and mix well.
3. Now gradually add the contents of second bowl into the first bowl. While doing so, mix well and break any lumps if formed.
4. Check the consistency of the batter. It should neither be too thick like a sticky paste nor too runny like a liquid. Rather it should pour easily.
5. If the batter is too thick, add some more milk to thin it. If it is too thin or runny, add a tablespoon or so of flour.
6. Pancakes are made in different thicknesses and sizes. Choose a non-stick fry pan according to the size of pancakes you wish to make.
7. Take a non-stick fry pan and put it on low flame. Spread 1 tablespoon of melted butter in the pan.
8. Add some batter on the pan depending on the size of pancakes you want.
9. When one side is slightly golden, flip the pancake and cook the other side. Flame should be low enough to avoid burning them.
10. Make as many as you want.
11. You can sprinkle powdered sugar or pour some honey on top of pancakes as per your liking.
