Protein Salad With Prawns Recipe

 When you are bulking up or cutting down, protein remains an integral part of your diet. Getting lean proteins is always a concern for most gym goers. This recipe is tailored to meet the specific requirement of lean protein source.

Ingredients:

1. Prawns (250gm) 
2. Cucumber (2 large)
3. Onion (1 small)
4. Peas (150gm)
5. Tomato (2 medium)
6. Lemon Juice ( half cup )
7. Black pepper
8. Salt
9. Cumin Powder 


Time to Prepare:

15 Minutes.


Serving Size:

1 Large bowl for 2 Person.


How To Prepare:

1. Wash and clean prawns. Boil them in a sauce pan until soft.

2. Take separate sauce pan and boil peas in half liter water until soft. 

3. Cut cucumber, onions and tomatoes in thin medium slices and add into a large salad bowl.

4. Add boiled prawns and peas along with salt (half tea spoon) , Black pepper (half teaspoon) , cumin powder half teaspoon) into bowl and mix with all vegetables.

5. Add lemon juice half cup or according to your taste.

6. Mix well and enjoy your healthy protein salad.
