Ingredients:
1. Potatoes (3 Large)
2. Onions (2 Large)
3. Olives (Half Cup)
4. Cottage cheese cubes (1 cup)
5. Coriander leaves (1 cup)
6. Lemon Juice (optional)

How To Prepare:
1. Wash and peel all 3 potatoes and cut into small cubes and boil in a sauce pan until soft. Put them aside and let them cool down.
2. Cut onions into medium slices.
3. Add boiled potato cubes, onions, olives, cottage cheese cubes and coriander leaves in a large bowl.
4. Add salt and lemon juice as per your taste.
5. Mix well and Enjoy.
