Method

1. Take a large bowl and mix  yogurt, garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, red pepper powder, soy sauce, red chili sauce, black pepper, vinegar and basil leaves. Now mix all 4 chicken breast pieces in this mixture well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2.Take a non stick frying pan large enough to accommodate 4 pieces at once.

3. Pour 6 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and settle all 4 chicken breast pieces along with marination in to the frying pan. Keep the flame on medium.

4. As breast pieces takes time to get soft, cook in steam at medium flame with frying pan covered.

5. Keep checking the chicken pieces after every 5 minutes to avoid the pieces to fall apart. Make sure to flip every time you check your chicken breast pieces.

6. When you notice that chicken breasts are soft enough, turn flame high to evaporate remaining marination.

7. When all marination is evaporated. Keep chicken breast covered and set aside. YOUR STEAKS ARE READY!

8. Now, take another non-stick medium sized frying pan and pour 5 tablespoons of oil in it.

9. When oil is medium hot, put chopped onions in it and fry on high flame for only 2 - 3 minutes (Make sure the onions doesn't turn brown)

10. Add garlic mayo, ketchup, soy-sauce, red chili sauce, oregano and mushrooms in it and fry on medium flame until the sauce turns little thick (like gravy).

11. Make sure the steak sauce we just made isn't too watery and shouldn't be too thick. When you pour on to your steaks it should spread easily.

12. Dish out your steaks and pour hot steak sauce on to it. Ready to be served.

13. You can serve with salad or another side-order of your choice.
