Welcome back our beloved readers. Today, we bring you our special Chicken Biryani recipe. You will find it easy and aromatic.
Time To Prepare:

Ingredients:
1. Whole Chicken ( 1, cut into 12 pieces)
2. Rice (500 grams)
3. Dried Plum (7 pieces)
4. Biryani Masala Mix ( Preferably Shan or Mehran, 70 grams)
5. Yogurt ( 500 grams)
6. Onions ( sliced, 500 grams)
7. Tomato (Finely chopped, 600 grams)
8. Green Chilies ( finely chopped, 3 medium-sized or as per taste)
9. Salt ( 1 1/2 Tbsp)
Serving Size
7-8 persons
Method:
1. Put chopped onions, tomatoes and half cup oil in large bottom pan and cook on medium flame till the ingredients turns dark brown.
2. Now add chicken, Biryani Masala mix, dried plum, yogurt and chopped green chilies into this mixture and cook on medium flame until the chicken is soft. During cooking chicken will release water. Make sure to stir and cook until all water has evaporated.
3. When done, cover deep saucepan, turn off stove and put aside.
4. Wash rice (500 grams) until water runs clear. Now soak them in water for 10 mins.
5. Take 1 litre water in a separate saucepan and add salt and oil (1 1/2 Tbsp, 1 Tbsp respectively). Bring the water to boil.
6. Drain the water of the soaked rice and then add rice to the boiling water.
7. Stir once thoroughly and let them boil til ready to eat.
8. Quickly drain the excess water with the help of a colander. Be careful as it is going to be hot.
9. Let the rice cool down a little before adding them into the prepared chicken.
10. Mix well and cook them on low flame with saucepan covered for 5 mins only.
11. Now turn off the flame and serve hot.
