1. Almond-date Milkshake Recipe

    This milkshake recipe contains a number of vitamins due to almonds and dates in it. Almonds are a rich source of protein, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin E and Zinc along with many trace minerals. Similarly, dates are rich in Vitamin B complex, potassium, manganese and magnesium. So, let us get to the recipe. 

Ingredients:
1. Almonds (soaked and peel removed, 15 medium size)
2. Dates ( seeds removed, 5)
3. Milk (1 liter)
4. Sugar ( 2 tsp or according to taste)


Method:
1. Wash and soak almonds beforehand to make it easier to remove its peel. You can also use almonds without removing its skin. 

2. Wash 5 medium sized dates and remove their seeds. Put dates and almond in a 1 liter blender jug and add 1 liter milk in it.

3. You can add sugar if you want to. Run the blender. Stop when the almonds and dates are finely blended. 

4. Serve cold. 



2. Chocolate Milkshake Recipe

You can use your favorite chocolate to make some wonderful milkshakes. We used Toblerone in our recipe. You can use Kitkat, Snickers, Mars, Galaxy or any other chocolate that you like. 

Ingredients:
1. Toblerone ( 1 bar, 35 grams)
2. Milk (1 liter)
3. Chocolate Syrup (for topping)
3. Sugar (optional)

Method:
1. Add milk and Toblerone in 1 liter blender jug and run it until they are blended well.

2. Pour the milkshake into a glass and top it with chocolate syrup for added flavor. 

3. Serve chilled.


3. Strawberry Milkshake Recipe

Last but not the least. This pinkish delight will surely tickle your taste buds. Strawberries are rich in Vitamin C hence they taste a bit acidic. Adding sugar in it can really sweeten it up.

Ingredients:
1. Strawberries ( 7 medium sized)
2. Milk (1 liter)
3. Sugar (3 tsp)


Method:
1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and remove any leaves attached to it. Cut them into smaller chunks for better blending.

2. Add these strawberries and milk in a 1 liter blending jug. Add sugar in it and blend well. 

3. Serve chilled. Optionally, top it with strawberry chunks.
